Voorronde B-Jazz International Contest 2022

B-Jazz and 30CC will seek out the young Belgian jazz talents on the brink of an international breakthrough. At this preliminary round, four young bands get the opportunity to present themselves and their repertoire in ideal circumstances before an audience and a professional jury. The jury will select two bands to compete against young international jazz bands at the Contest's final during the Gent Jazz Festival. After the four concerts – and awaiting the jury's decision – you'll get a Late Night Jam at the bar where these young musicians do what they do best: performing live on stage. With other musicians present, they challenge each other musically and treat the audience to an exciting jam session. After the Late Night Jam, we'll find out who qualifies for the final of the B-Jazz International Contest 2022.
