Leuven organisations, performing themselves: 1 September before the cultural season.
Other organisations and guest performances organised by Leuven organisations: 1 October before the cultural season, always depending on the maximum number of rentals.
Rental price: from € 300 to € 1,800, depending on the status of the organiser and the ticket prices applied.
Sunday rate: 200%.
All costs such as taxes, social obligations, copyright, etc. are always at the expense of the organiser.
Technicians: a maximum of 3 technicians is included.
Ticket sales by 30CC are an option.
